Water consumption decrease - is it normal?

Raw food contains 70 -80% of moisture which is needed to digest a raw diet.

Quite to the contrary dry food has very little to no moisture content. This hence forces a pet to drink endless amounts of water in order to digest the dry hard food.

Endless research on raw diets show the positive impacts that moisture in raw diets have on maintaining healthy kidneys and bladder in our pets.

It is not uncommon for vets to diagnose pets as being dehydrated even though they are drinking water. Drinking water from a bowl does not necessarily mean that a dog or car is not or cannot be dehydrated. However, once on a raw food diet, given that the moisture content comes from the diet itself, changes of a pet getting dehydrated or coming down with kidney disease are very much diminished.
